Service Description

Guided Meditation (5-10 minutes): Begin with a soothing guided meditation to center your thoughts and connect with your inner self. This initial phase helps to calm the mind and prepare you for the deeper experiences ahead.

Sound Bath (10 minutes): Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath. Using a variety of instruments, the sound waves gently wash over you, clearing energy blockages and promoting relaxation and harmony.

Sadhu Board Experience: (3-20 minutes depends on experience) Step onto the Sadhu board and engage in a practice that grounds and strengthens your connection to the earth. This mindful activity enhances your awareness and brings you into the present moment, promoting physical and mental resilience.

 

Closing Meditation (5-10 minutes): Conclude with a final meditation to integrate the experiences of the session. This meditation helps to solidify the benefits of the Sadhu board and sound bath, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

Debrief: End with a brief discussion to reflect on your experience. Share any insights, feelings, or questions that arose during the session, and receive guidance on how to continue your journey of self-discovery and healing.​

What is Sadhu Board?

A traditional wooden board embedded with sharp nails used for a form of meditation and mental discipline practice. The user stands barefoot on the nails, which may cause initial discomfort or pain. This practice aims to cultivate mental focus, inner strength, and resilience while promoting mindfulness and stress relief. It's commonly used in yoga, spiritual practices, and wellness communities to enhance one's ability to remain calm and centered in challenging situations.
