Bloom Within: Yin, Reiki & Sound Bath
This September, as spring begins to unfold around us, we invite you to reconnect with what is beginning to bloom within you.
A space to soften, restore and reconnect with yourself — creating space for whatever is ready to emerge.
We’ll dive into stillness, creating space to turn inward, reconnect with the body and invite energy to flow. During Shavasana, you’ll receive Reiki, allowing you to deeply surrender and receive while resting. We’ll then close with a Sound Bath — allowing sound and vibration to bring us into deeper calm, presence and connection.
